Sounds good, doesn’t it?

However, the reality is that, until it was demanded by our legal team, Ali Dogan, the assigned lawyer, didn’t file or serve the required Notice of Change of Solicitor that was mandated and was supposed to have been filed and served weeks ago.

We have a mediation coming up with his clients, man X and Susan Curnow. There is also the affidavit of documents that has to be remedied (Lionel had done it for man X and Susan Curnow – which is apparently not allowed), they had not requested any documents from us, and so on. The case for the other side is not being handled at all well from what I have seen so far and it makes me wonder what they are doing on their end, if they are doing much at all – perhaps they are of the same low standard as Lionel was. Or, perhaps they are appalled at the attempts by man X and Susan Curnow to take yet more money that they are not entitled to take – trying to obtain yet further dishonest gains, and they don’t want to handle it. Who knows, but they have not been at all good at communication so far. We’ll see if they approve from here.
