Any reference to CASACIR or its directors, shareholders, owners or operators relates to pre-14 February 2024 when the company was sold. In no way can anything said relate to the company or its new owners, operators, directors, and shareholders after that sale.
To give false testimony is against the very core of justice.
Man X has sworn before Pagone J in 2013 that:
I would hate my father or my grandfather to read what was published about me[1].
He was not worried about them being offended by his actual conduct, only that it was revealed to others. I wonder what his father or grandfather would think of the actual conduct he has exhibited.
Further, man X also swore:
Everything comes into question. If my bank manager read that, where does it stop?
The question was asked “where does it stop?” Their conduct has not stopped – therefore it was a ridiculous question given that the answer lies entirely with him.
I wonder if his, man Y and CASACIR’s bank manger has read this and what he or she thinks about man X or man Y’s false testimony and other conduct.
