I have now added a new page on legislation (see under “The problem with our injustice system”) that the legal practitioners should be aware of and comply with. According to those in the know (see also my new page on “Truth and purported justice”), many legal practitioners are either not aware of the legislation that governs them, do not care, or knowingly act in breach.
This website is both cathartic and helpful to me as I discover that my assumptions as to the role of courts was wrong. My new page “Truth and purported justice” is a shocking revelation to those (such as myself) who actually believed that the courts were seeking to discover the truth so as to deliver just verdicts. Hear from those in the know, how this is wrong.
